Gin 2582 700ml

Gin 2582 is a traditional style gin, starting with a brandy base made from seasonal fruit following the harvest. It features heavy juniper berry notes up front, followed by a well-balanced infusion that includes rosemary (to evoke memories of mum’s lamb roast) and two Australian native bush foods: wattle seed and pepper berries. Distilled in an American-style pot still incorporating a thump keg, a process that sets our artisan gin apart from column-still methods and creates its unique character.

 

Great to drink straight, or with your favourite tonic and a twist of lemon.
